About the Role
Multiverse is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to build and maintain Salesforce solutions that boost operational efficiency, revenue tracking, and user experience for Go-To-Market teams. This position is part of the Revenue Operations group, reporting to the Head of GTM Systems, and requires close collaboration with Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, and Data & Insights teams. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted Salesforce expert, providing guidance on system design, enablement, and architecture for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development
- Gather business requirements to understand priorities
- Design, build, and maintain tailored Salesforce solutions, including complex flows, custom objects, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integrations
- Follow best practices for development lifecycle and manage sandbox deployments weekly
- Collaborate with technical partners to build and support integrations with other systems like the Multiverse platform and data warehouse
- Support the Head of Systems in shaping Salesforce strategy and roadmap
System Administration & Support
- Provide tactical support to around 270 Salesforce users, managing access controls, permissions, feature requests, reports, and dashboards
- Handle user provisioning, licensing, and group memberships
- Monitor system usage and proactively address issues
- Develop and deliver training programs for various user groups
Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer, primarily with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Expertise in Salesforce security configuration including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and access policies
- Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills within Salesforce
- Demonstrated success in building Salesforce applications and delivering large projects end-to-end
- Experience with architectural design and automation including complex flows, validation rules, and third-party integrations
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and innovative problem-solving leveraging latest Salesforce releases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
- Knowledge of upcoming Salesforce features and releases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or Platform Builder certification
- Familiarity with Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components
