About the Role

PDQ is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to optimize and maintain our Salesforce environment. This is a hybrid role where you will contribute to strategic goals by supporting Salesforce applications and leading automation strategies, with a special focus on Salesforce Data Cloud and AI integrations. The role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and automation and looking to take their Salesforce expertise to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer PDQ’s Salesforce platform, including user setup, permissions, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Optimize Salesforce integrations with systems like HubSpot, Clay, Tray.io, and Sonar.
  • Support Salesforce Data Cloud and AI functionalities for Product Led Growth (PLG), including data ingestion and predictive modeling.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Handle end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime.
  • Document Salesforce configurations and provide user training.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and automate processes across Salesforce and integrated systems.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), with additional certifications preferred.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce customization (custom objects, fields, automation).
  • Familiarity with iPaaS tools like Tray.io and data management tools like Clay.
  • Proven track record in leading “0 to 1” projects and implementing AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and collaborative.
