About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator will play a critical role in shaping business processes and driving efficiencies across Pivot Energy’s Salesforce CRM platform. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with problem-solving skills, while keeping user experience at the forefront. The role involves translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, managing user support and training, and optimizing workflows. The Administrator will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that Salesforce aligns with business needs while delivering best-practice solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, page layouts, record types, fields, custom settings, API integrations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Oversee user management activities such as roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission groups.
  • Provide support by addressing tickets, maintaining database integrity, and documenting processes.
  • Lead training sessions for new hires and existing employees, developing materials to enhance user adoption.
  • Create and execute structured development and implementation plans.
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits and system maintenance.
  • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives to improve platform efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and administration.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Track record of implementing Salesforce improvements and providing excellent user support.
  • Experience designing and delivering user training curricula.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $75,000 – $110,000, dependent on experience.
  • Eligibility for substantial annual bonus program, with a target bonus of 30% of annual salary.
