About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator will ensure the Salesforce platform operates efficiently, aligns with business needs, and enables Sales, Service, and Field Service teams to work smarter. This role involves managing system configuration, supporting users, optimizing workflows, and ensuring adoption of best practices. The position requires collaboration across multiple departments to design and implement technical solutions that streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce system administrator.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and Flows.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform regular audits, and maintain data integrity.
  • Oversee integrations with other business systems, including marketing automation, data warehousing, and customer support tools.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, platform releases, and recommend enhancements.
  • Design and deliver training materials to improve user adoption and reduce support requests.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Expertise in Service Cloud; experience with Sales Cloud and Field Service preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and automation tools (Flow, Workflow Rules, Apex).
  • Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and API fundamentals.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in optimizing Salesforce for efficiency and adoption.
  • Proven ability to document processes, train users, and provide ongoing support.
  • Experience managing complex configurations across multiple Salesforce clouds.
