About the Role
Join the Revenue Operations team at Postman as a Salesforce Administrator, where you’ll work closely with the Salesforce Manager to support the Sales and Customer Success teams. Your role will contribute directly to driving revenue, renewals, and team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Salesforce platform performance, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Design, customize, and develop Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and enhance system performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for configuration, development, and customization.
- Support the scalability of business process documentation in the Salesforce platform.
- Integrate Looker and Salesforce to provide comprehensive customer interaction data.
- Evaluate and refine data collection methods within Salesforce for maximum usefulness.
- Oversee data governance processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Lead training efforts for processes, policies, and best practices in Salesforce.
- Manage integrations with related tools and systems.
- Conduct testing (unit, regression, UAT) and assist with change management.
- Manage data migration, bulk uploads, and updates using tools like Data Loader.
- Generate reports and dashboards, providing analysis on the resulting data.
- Create and maintain flow automation for various tasks and alerts.
- Assist with user roles, profiles, and permissions management.
- Continuously improve processes and configurations to ensure sustainability.
- Maintain technical design documentation based on stakeholder requirements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience with a proven track record.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Expertise in managing user roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Strong background in data analysis, including experience with Looker.
- Proficiency in flow automation and validation rules.
- Experience with data management tools like Data Loader.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration capabilities and third-party applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Familiarity with unit/regression testing and release management.
- Experience with all phases of SDLC in Salesforce.com.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- CPQ Specialist Certification.
- Two years of experience using Agile methodologies.
