About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator is a critical member of the Revenue Operations team, which drives productivity and revenue growth across Sales and Customer Success. Reporting to the Salesforce Manager, this role involves overseeing and optimizing Salesforce, designing solutions, and enhancing user efficiency. The position requires expertise in Salesforce administration and familiarity with agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to align with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and improve productivity.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert in configuration, development, integration, and customization.
- Maintain and scale documentation of processes and policies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deliver training on processes, policies, and best practices.
- Implement and manage integrations with related tools in the go-to-market stack.
- Perform unit, regression, and user acceptance testing while managing change processes.
- Handle data migration, bulk uploads, and updates using tools like Import Wizard and SFDC Data Export.
- Create and analyze reports, dashboards, and flow automation to improve processes.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Continuously review current processes and configurations to recommend improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and align it with functional and stakeholder requirements.
About You
- 4–5 years of Salesforce administration experience with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- SaaS industry experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and flow automation.
- Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Import Wizard) and ensuring data integrity.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration capabilities and working with third-party applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and release management processes.
- Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification or CPQ Specialist Certification.
- Two years of experience using Agile methodologies.
- Experience in hyper-growth environments.
