About the Company

Priority Dispatch is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the team dedicated to supporting emergency dispatchers globally. Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is preferred for this role. About the Role

This dynamic Salesforce Administrator role involves supporting the global implementation of Salesforce. The role includes providing user support, system configuration, reporting, and training, and serving as an internal expert in Salesforce functionality, technology, customization, and development. This position reports to the CRM Platform Manager and is based in Salt Lake City, UT, with a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster user adoption and implement best practices to ensure long-term system success.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce CPQ to streamline sales processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, flows, and sharing rules.
  • Manage daily Salesforce operations, including user management, custom object creation, bulk data migration, page layouts, and app exchange applications.
  • Identify and implement new Salesforce features based on business needs.
  • Assist in defining and creating user portals in Experience Cloud.
  • Translate business processes and goals into Salesforce solutions for different departments.
  • Provide support to users, address technical and functional issues, manage data loads, ensure data quality, and deliver training on new features.
  • Analyze existing Salesforce implementation and provide recommendations for improvements or best practices.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and handle technical problems efficiently.
  • Effective communication of technical concepts to both users and technical teams.
  • Frequent use of a computer and phone, with long periods of sitting and concentration.
  • Ability to create and maintain dashboards, flows, and user portals.
  • Support users with problem resolution and issue tracking.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Preferred experience with FinancialForce and Billing Central.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Digital Engagement is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new applications.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
