About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to lead the management, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud for the Customer Experience (CX) team. The role focuses on maximizing the value of Salesforce by enhancing operational workflows, driving efficiency, and delivering superior customer service. This individual will collaborate across multiple teams, manage key platform initiatives, and help shape the future of Salesforce use at Roadie.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud workflows, fields, layouts, and integrations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the Salesforce instance
  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, including integrations and system upgrades
  • Create and maintain actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on Salesforce usage and configuration
  • Manage vendor relationships and explore emerging technologies like AI and automation
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates to help shape the platform’s strategic roadmap

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with custom objects, flows, process builder, and validation rules
  • Skilled in building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Comfortable with training users and creating documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on process optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Certified AI Associate
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
