About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator will support internal teams by maintaining and enhancing RPM’s Salesforce environment. This role will collaborate with other admins and developers to deliver solutions aligned with user needs. Key responsibilities include user management, system configuration, and support case resolution, with a strong emphasis on user experience and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle user and license administration: setup, deactivation, roles, permissions, profiles, and groups
  • Manage custom report types and build reports and dashboards based on team needs
  • Respond to support tickets within established SLAs and maintain the support queue
  • Conduct training and provide user assistance on Salesforce tools and functionality
  • Maintain training resources and documentation
  • Configure Salesforce: custom objects, fields, record types, layouts, reports, dashboards
  • Manage end-user case queues and escalations within the platform
  • Contribute to ongoing and new Salesforce projects as assigned
  • Monitor recurring support needs and identify training opportunities
  • Provide support for Tableau users (access, validation, permissions)

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce administration
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on data integrity and user satisfaction
  • Proactive approach to platform improvements

Requirements

  • Hybrid work setup: 4 days per week in office
  • Office environment includes open workspace and frequent activity
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift items up to 15 pounds
