About the Role

This role is a critical member of the Revenue Operations team, focused on optimizing commercial systems and supporting go-to-market teams in the US, with collaboration extending to teams in London and Lisbon. As the primary Salesforce expert, the position plays a key role in system administration, process optimization, and cross-platform integration. Ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, this role supports data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance, performance, and continual improvement of the Salesforce environment
  • Manage automation flows, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements to improve usability
  • Conduct routine data quality audits and preventative maintenance
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce contact for commercial teams, resolving support queries
  • Administer integrations with commercial platforms including Apollo, Pardot, and LeanData
  • Troubleshoot system connections, manage vendor coordination, and ensure smooth data flow
  • Support the US commercial team with Salesforce-based quoting, deal structuring, and lead management
  • Configure and optimize lead enrichment and routing tools such as Apollo and LeanData
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance campaign execution and system efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Hands-on experience managing Salesforce and related marketing tools such as Pardot or HubSpot
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on process improvement and automation
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to manage priorities independently, take ownership of projects, and execute with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with DealHub or other quoting tools
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
  • Background in supporting commercial systems in global organizations
