About the Role

This Salesforce Administrator position plays a strategic role in enhancing and maintaining the Salesforce environment to support commercial operations. The role involves designing scalable solutions, implementing system enhancements, and managing data quality across the organization’s Salesforce instance. This is a critical opportunity for a results-driven professional looking to contribute to digital transformation in a fast-paced medtech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce contact for the commercial team
  • Enhance Salesforce functionality through configuration, integration, and optimization
  • Manage user roles, profiles, workflows, sharing rules, and permission sets
  • Oversee data imports, cleansing, and ongoing database maintenance
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business objectives
  • Coordinate Salesforce upgrades and align system design with organizational goals
  • Document technical processes and change history for reference and audit
  • Maintain sales cloud, campaigns, and territory configurations
  • Ensure compliance with quality system procedures and data security policies
  • Support cross-functional teams with data reporting and system improvements

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a business environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and advanced configuration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling large datasets
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable process improvements
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other business systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Background in data-driven roles within high-growth or regulated industries
  • Experience supporting commercial or sales operations

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or remain stationary for extended periods (approx. 50% of the time)
  • Capable of safely lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Clear verbal and written communication for information exchange
  • Ability to navigate office environments as needed
