About the Role
Stylus seeks a Salesforce Administrator to join on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the Salesforce platform to effectively support business activities and growth objectives. Key duties include refining CRM workflows, maintaining integrations, ensuring data integrity, and serving as the primary contact for Salesforce-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Management & Optimization
- Continuously improve the performance and efficiency of the Salesforce environment
- Engage with stakeholders to support strategic business initiatives
- Maintain and manage third-party integrations
- Build and maintain Salesforce components such as Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Formula Fields
- Oversee data quality, system limits, and overall health
- Monitor Salesforce releases and implement necessary updates
- Use sandbox environments for testing and configuration
Support, Training & Enablement
- Lead training sessions and develop user guides and documentation
- Communicate system updates and process changes across teams
- Provide CRM onboarding training for new users globally
- Manage ad-hoc support alongside larger CRM projects
Project Management
- Oversee Salesforce projects from definition through delivery
- Provide post-project assistance, including training, documentation, and process refinement to ensure adoption

Experience & Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required
- Proven experience managing Salesforce in a business setting
- Skilled at supporting cross-functional teams with CRM solutions
- Experienced in CRM project work, including requirements gathering, implementation, and testing
- Prior standalone Salesforce Administrator experience is advantageous
Skills
- Proficient in core Salesforce features: Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Formula Fields
- Strong data management and cleansing capabilities
- Able to build custom reports and dashboards for diverse business needs
- Experienced in project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerBI, Zapier, Data Loader, Monday.com, and commercial/marketing platforms like Sales Navigator, Gong, Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, DotDigital
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and project workflows
