About the Role
TAG is hiring a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on expertise in Health Cloud to support CRM operations within its dental-focused brands. This role will oversee platform configuration, data integrity, and patient workflow optimization across a fast-moving healthcare setting. The position includes both Health Cloud and Sales Cloud support, along with cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and user enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Health Cloud Administration
- Configure and manage Health Cloud features supporting Marketing Cloud integration and patient communications
- Set up secure data models and field mappings to enable appointment and treatment workflows
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant settings and data governance
- Build dashboards and permission sets to surface relevant patient metrics
Sales Cloud Support
- Manage support requests, custom objects, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate technical improvements with developers
Data Management & Integration
- Apply best practices for data hygiene, deduplication (e.g., DataGroomr), and system integrations
- Support CRM connections with EMR platforms, contact centers, and other business tools
- Oversee lead capture, appointment processing, and case routing
Reporting & Optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as patient show rates and revenue impact
- Use tools like Tableau or CRMA for insights and performance monitoring
User Enablement & Collaboration
- Provide daily Salesforce support for users across Aspen Dental and ClearChoice
- Onboard new users and conduct training sessions
- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Call Center, and IT teams for ongoing enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Salesforce Administration, preferably with Health Cloud experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce configurations: Flows, Custom Objects, Permission Sets, and Reports
- Understanding of patient data models, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare workflows
- Experience gathering user requirements and managing support tickets
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Health Cloud certification preferred
- Experience supporting Salesforce in multi-brand or multi-org setups
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud concepts, data tools like MuleSoft or Tableau, and platforms such as RingCentral or NICE
- Background in dental or elective healthcare is a plus
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $75,000 to $100,000
- Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with matching
