About the Role
Tractor Zoom is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations within the Salesforce platform. This person will work closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to refine workflows, improve system use, and ensure smooth platform performance. The role involves both technical tasks and user support, combining system expertise with cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have Salesforce experience and certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical details in a practical and easy-to-understand way.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks in Salesforce.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission settings.
- Understand and support sales processes, offering guidance and onboarding assistance to users.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to assist business teams.
- Oversee territory and account assignments in the system.
- Configure Salesforce using custom objects, workflows, and automation based on team input.
- Integrate Salesforce with other business systems as needed.
- Conduct system testing and ensure updates meet quality expectations.
- Monitor and resolve data-related issues; maintain data accuracy.
- Keep training materials and internal documentation up to date.
- Consolidate and organize data using Excel and other tools for reporting and planning.
- Gather feedback from users and help improve system processes and user experience.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in Salesforce administration; certification is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working across departments to support operations.
- Skilled in Excel, Google Workspace, and other common business tools.
- Effective written and verbal communicator.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
