About the Role

A skilled Salesforce Administrator with experience in Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) is needed to manage and enhance Salesforce functionality across multiple teams. This role also involves integrating Kantata to support project management and improve team collaboration. Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus, as it can contribute to project tracking and reporting. The position involves managing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities, ensuring smooth workflows, user adoption, and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Salesforce for 200+ users across departments such as Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service.
  • Set up user roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards to maintain system efficiency.
  • Manage the integration between Salesforce and Kantata, optimizing project management, resource tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify new Salesforce features, tools, and best practices to maximize system performance.
  • Provide hands-on training and support for Salesforce and Kantata users to improve adoption and efficiency.
  • Maintain Salesforce certifications and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Assist with data integration solutions to ensure smooth connections between Salesforce and other systems, including EHR, data warehouses, and marketing tools.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure systems align with business needs and support strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience configuring Salesforce Lightning to improve business processes.
  • Deep knowledge of Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) for project management and resource planning.
  • Skilled in system integrations, user adoption strategies, and operational improvements.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
  • Understanding of APIs, data integrations, and webhooks to streamline processes and data flow.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience implementing and supporting Salesforce, including managing a user base of 100+ users.
  • Strong configuration experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, and VisualForce development.
  • Hands-on experience using Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) for project management, resource tracking, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of data integrations, APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce and tools like Smartsheet, Tableau, or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar tools for project management and reporting.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Experience working in a SaaS-based environment (2+ years preferred).
  • Background in healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Understanding of financial and operational reporting.
