About the Role
Virta is hiring its first Salesforce Administrator to lead the development and maintenance of its Commercial team’s Salesforce ecosystem. This is a pivotal role owning systems strategy and configuration, improving cross-functional workflows, and driving operational excellence for our go-to-market teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and built for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Salesforce workflows, automations, layouts, and rules
- Own day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and user enablement
- Ensure data accuracy through deduplication, maintenance, and QA
- Lead roadmap planning and long-term Salesforce evolution strategy
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance GTM operations
- Support system integrations with tools like HubSpot, LeanData, and SalesLoft
- Develop training materials and documentation for internal users
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin in a B2B GTM setting
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (Advanced Admin or App Builder is a plus)
- Proficient in declarative configuration (Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules)
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Strong data architecture and reporting strategy mindset
- Curious about AI and systems automation
- Experience with martech platforms like HubSpot is a bonus
