About the Role
Are you a technical administrator who enjoys optimizing processes through technology? Interested in working for a remote-first company that specializes in frontline employee communication and task management? This role offers an opportunity to support a growing SaaS company by enhancing and maintaining GTM systems. The Salesforce Administrator will be part of the Revenue Operations team, collaborating with multiple departments and playing a key role in business efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Rev Ops Leadership, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations to refine processes and implement new ones across GTM systems.
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce instance, handling automation and customizations.
- Serve as the primary Outreach administrator, ensuring the tool is optimized for the Sales Development team.
- Ensure smooth data flow between marketing and sales while maintaining data accuracy.
- Administer and oversee core tech tools such as Gong, Clari, and ZoomInfo, ensuring effective system integration.
- Research and assess GTM technology solutions, providing recommendations on new tools for the tech stack.
- Lead the implementation and integration of new GTM tools.
- Partner with the Enablement team to provide training on GTM tools, ensuring teams maximize their usage.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an Enterprise SaaS sales and marketing environment.
- Strong Salesforce administration skills, including custom objects, reports, automation, data loader, and third-party integrations. Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus.
- Experience managing Outreach (triggers, custom fields, governance profiles).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar software (e.g., Nue.io) and an understanding of custom CPQ objects.
- Experience leading the implementation and rollout of GTM tools.
- A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
