About the Role
This position focuses on supporting and enhancing Salesforce solutions used by the Sales and Partnerships teams. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and values rapid iteration while maintaining clarity and structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Salesforce to support Sales, Partnerships, and GTM teams
- Improve workflows for lead management, forecasting, campaign targeting, and partner enablement
- Develop pilots and MVPs in agile settings with evolving requirements
- Work with teams across Business Operations, Product, and Data Science to turn needs into scalable solutions
- Support a broader tech stack including Pardot, Workato, Ironclad, Datagroomr, Observe.AI, and AI-based tools
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product on backend systems and integrations
- Promote best practices in data quality, access control, documentation, and platform adoption
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Background in developing scalable and maintainable tools and systems
- Ability to analyze challenges, communicate across functions, and deliver under tight timelines
- Experience working with CRMs, analytics platforms, contact center tools, contract management tools, and survey solutions
- A proactive mindset with an interest in AI innovation and operational efficiency
