About the Role

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for user queries, changes, and improvements, acting as the main Salesforce contact within the organization.
- Identify risks and opportunities, addressing system and user issues promptly and efficiently.
- Configure and customize Salesforce in a complex environment with large data volumes, ensuring a structured approach to system enhancement.
- Collaborate with the Integration/Development team and other technology staff to maintain system performance.
- Work with business partners to ensure application integration and system efficiency.
- Create and maintain application support documentation, share Salesforce knowledge, and provide training as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration or support roles.
- Strong understanding of Cloud technologies and CRM processes.
- Effective communicator, able to translate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and delivering solutions.
- Committed to continuous improvement and driving positive change.
- Salesforce ADM201 certification is desirable, but relevant experience will also be considered.
