About the Role

Brink’s is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of global Salesforce solutions, optimizing and consolidating multi-org systems. This is a strategic, hands-on role perfect for someone with a passion for innovation and large-scale transformation, with a focus on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce solution architecture and ensure alignment with regional needs.
  • Drive multi-org consolidation into a unified global system.
  • Optimize and deploy Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, billing, subscription management).
  • Implement robust integrations with external systems (ERP, eCommerce, marketing automation) using APIs and middleware.
  • Lead data migration strategies and ensure system scalability.
  • Oversee development teams, ensuring architectural integrity and code quality.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and execute scalable solutions.
  • Manage governance, performance, and security compliance across Salesforce systems.
  • Provide mentorship, promote best practices, and drive platform adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with expertise in Salesforce Commerce, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on development skills in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, Visualforce.
  • Experience with DevOps/CI/CD for Salesforce (GitHub, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Expertise in data migration, ETL, and Salesforce integration (MuleSoft, Boomi).
  • Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications required.
  • Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
  • Experience with ERP and financial system integrations (SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with Heroku, B2B/B2C Commerce, and customer data platforms.
  • Knowledge of modern web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
