About the Role
As a Salesforce Architect at reMarkable, you will lead the strategic direction and design of the Salesforce platform to support business expansion and operational improvements. Your role includes creating scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet both business needs and technical standards. You will guide and mentor development teams, promoting best practices in integration, deployment, and architecture aligned with long-term objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design Salesforce architectures that resolve complex business challenges while aligning with organizational goals.
- Ensure all new Salesforce initiatives conform to existing system architecture and follow reMarkable’s design principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems for reliable data exchange.
- Oversee thorough testing phases—unit, integration, and user acceptance—to verify solution effectiveness.
- Maintain solution scalability and adaptability to support ongoing growth.
Requirements
- Over 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer working within complex multi-cloud environments, including Service, Commerce, Sales, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
- Proven expertise in designing comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security protocols, such as data protection, API security, OAuth, and secure user authentication.
- Experience optimizing large Salesforce ecosystems for performance and scalability.
- Skilled in building custom integrations with external systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline; Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
