About the Role

This role focuses on leading and supporting CRM efforts across multiple regions and business units within Fresenius Kabi. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, IT, Commercial Excellence, and digital transformation teams at local, regional, and global levels to ensure clear and productive communication.

Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Lead and assist regional CRM projects and improvements related to the Customer Engagement ecosystem
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to help stakeholders use new tools or procedures effectively
  • Provide end-user support and promote CRM adoption for enhanced productivity
  • Manage CRM data quality and reduce technical debt
  • Support reporting and analytics to enable data-driven actions
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams, IT, and digital transformation groups

OneCRM Program Support

  • Contribute to the OneCRM initiative by bringing project management discipline and a broad perspective
  • Assist in establishing the OneCRM Governance structure
  • Help define the broader Customer Engagement environment
  • Support communication and change management efforts
  • Define consistent business processes across regions and units
  • Configure OneCRM instances, focusing on Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and Field Service
  • Assist with setting up the Life Science Cloud

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in the Pharma or Life Science sector, preferably in CRM-related and commercial roles
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or PhD preferred
  • Strong skills in project and stakeholder management
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Business Analyst Certification is an advantage
  • Self-driven and results-focused working style
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Fluent in English; German skills preferred; additional languages are beneficial
  • Experience working across cultures and readiness for international travel
