About the Role
Axos Bank is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the ongoing enhancement of its Salesforce platform. This position involves close collaboration with business units and technical teams to define needs, shape solutions, and support platform development. The role requires a strong grasp of CRM technology and the ability to translate business input into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather functional requirements via interviews, data review, and platform analysis
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to map current processes and outline desired changes
- Translate business needs into technical deliverables such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test steps
- Track and maintain the enhancement backlog
- Coordinate software release activities and monitor progress through the full SDLC
- Analyze workflows, automations, and system architecture to identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with technical experts to build and maintain Salesforce capabilities
- Support integration efforts with other internal systems
- Communicate status updates and delivery timelines to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in aligning Salesforce solutions with business goals across departments
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience creating Salesforce platform requirements
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience in agile or scrum-based environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce release processes and record-level configurations
- Strong communication skills—both technical and strategic
- Ability to transform business requests into detailed technical instructions
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- Background in banking or lending is an advantage
