About the Role
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation of key processes at Incredibuild. Working closely with business teams, you’ll act as a consultant, leveraging your deep understanding of their needs and ensuring the company’s business systems are optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business processes in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Enhance and configure existing processes to boost user adoption and efficiency.
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of applications supporting business operations.
- Provide day-to-day user support, including troubleshooting and data fixes.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce customization (Flows, Formulas, Validation Rules, Approval Processes).
- Experience in a Lead-to-Cash Salesforce environment.
- Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and document processes through flow diagrams.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a drive to learn new skills and processes.
- Service-oriented mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Familiarity with integration tools, particularly Workato, is a big advantage.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems like Marketo, NetSuite, Outreach, LeanData, Planhat, etc. is a plus.
