About the Role
Looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in the banking sector to support CRM implementations and business process improvements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and ensuring projects move forward within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document business processes, procedures, data structures, and system rules.
- Lead scrum teams using project management principles.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Oversee Salesforce CRM implementations, including customization and configuration.
- Manage data sharing and visibility settings, including OWD, Profiles, Roles, FLS, and Permission Sets.
- Break down business needs into structured tasks.
- Maintain Agile project documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Define and prioritize backlog items, balancing stakeholder requirements with development resources.
- Assess the effectiveness of data solutions after deployment and implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and update training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret and use data for decision-making.
- Attention to detail and structured approach to work.
- Experience in the banking sector, with knowledge of financial processes.
