About the Role
Pluxee, a global leader in employee benefits and engagement, is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to support the sales team by providing data-driven insights that improve performance and financial forecasting. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data from various sources (Salesforce, market research, customer feedback).
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights and recommendations for improved sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales managers to drive performance and sales goals.
- Prepare finance forecasts, business reviews, and budgets.
- Ensure high data quality and collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to enhance processes.
- Represent the sales department in data-related projects.
- Work with interdepartmental teams to support business growth.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI.
- Ability to handle large and complex datasets and use statistical methods.
- Strong communication skills to present data and insights effectively.
- Business acumen to align recommendations with sales goals and trends.
