Richemont is expanding its presence in Lisbon with the launch of a Technology Competence Center to support its Maisons globally. A skilled Salesforce Business Analyst is needed to contribute to the development of client engagement solutions and applications. This role is part of the LNR (Luxury New Retail) Technology Client Engagement Area Team, working on a large-scale, multi-Maisons Salesforce initiative. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate in a global setting with teams across different countries and time zones.
About the Role
The Salesforce Business Analyst will be part of the Richemont LNR (Luxury New Retail) Technology Client Engagement Area Team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a major, multi-Maisons, global Salesforce initiative involving some of the most prestigious luxury brands. The position operates in an international environment with teams spread across multiple countries and time zones. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing customer 360 solutions that maximize the capabilities of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud. Expertise in Salesforce configuration, data analysis, and process optimization is key to ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders from different departments to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements specific to luxury Maisons.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document functional requirements and translate business needs into clear, structured specifications.
- Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, customer service, and product development to design Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
- Define and refine user stories, write acceptance criteria, and participate in Agile ceremonies alongside developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Promote a customer-focused mindset while fostering collaboration, trust, and transparency.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
- Keep up with the latest Salesforce features and identify ways to apply them within the luxury sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Excellent proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders at different levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the luxury industry, including its business processes, trends, and customer expectations.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Background in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
