About the Role

This position serves as the key link between the Business Development & Marketing (BDM) teams and the technology function. You’ll lead the strategic use of Salesforce products to support BDM goals, ensuring tools align with firm priorities and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary business owner of Salesforce tools within the BDM function
  • Collaborate with tech teams to define and deliver a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Gather and document requirements from BDM teams, translating them into technical specifications
  • Develop KPIs to evaluate Salesforce effectiveness in supporting marketing and client development
  • Drive user adoption through training, communication, and change management initiatives
  • Monitor system usage and assess impact on BDM outcomes
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to advocate for usability enhancements and process improvements
  • Encourage innovation through ongoing optimization and support for best practices

Requirements:

  • Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally backed by certifications and formal training
  • Previous experience in a similar role within legal or professional services, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Skilled in translating complex business needs into actionable tech solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve tools and workflows
  • Passionate about driving digital transformation and user-centric technology
