About the Role
The global SherpaX SI CPQ project is shaping a modern IT platform for the Smart Infrastructure business. This role involves working closely with a team that includes the Product Owner, Solution Architect, Product Manager, and Developers, acting as a key link between business and IT. The main responsibility is defining requirements and user stories for the SF RLM CPQ system while managing integrations and data exchange across various IT systems, including ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze SI CPQ business needs
- Research, define, and communicate requirements to the Product Owners and Developers while ensuring quality throughout the project
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
- Work closely with the SI CPQ Architect to develop efficient solutions
- Break down business features into clear, structured user stories
- Operate within an Agile Safe framework
- Contribute to improving the functional solution architecture
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Solution Consultant working with Salesforce CPQ+
- Knowledge of SFDC development or administration is a plus
- Experience defining features and user stories in at least one large-scale international SDLC project, preferably CPQ-related
- Ability to present design solutions to Product Owners and key stakeholders
- Experience coordinating internal and external teams on interfaces and processes to achieve a common solution
- Previous work in an Agile DEVOPS SCRUM environment
- Strong collaboration skills within international teams
- A practical mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Fluency in English and Italian (German is a plus)
- Commitment to Siemens quality standards for both products and processes
- Eligibility to work in Italy
