About the Role
B2C2 is looking for a Salesforce Developer to design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. The role involves working on complex projects and contributing to the enhancement of Salesforce applications. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and be adept at translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Implement Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and flows.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Develop and run unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests.
- Use Salesforce DX and other deployment tools for managing and deploying code changes.
- Participate in release management and deployment activities.
- Ensure the stability and quality of Salesforce environments.
- Build and maintain test automation packs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.
- Identify and implement performance improvements.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices.
- Contribute to the DevOps process.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and version control systems (e.g., Git, VS Code).
- Familiarity with the full Salesforce SDLC.
- DevOps experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
