About the Role

Boldyn Networks provides IT infrastructure that supports millions of students—from streaming media to academic systems. To help support growing needs, the team is hiring a Salesforce Developer with a focus on optimizing the Salesforce environment, ensuring reliable system integration, and contributing to the development of tools that support business operations. This remote role is open to candidates located in the US, with preference given to those in Eastern or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and system configurations
  • Create custom fields, workflows, and deliver platform enhancements
  • Address and resolve system issues and bugs efficiently
  • Support users with training and ongoing system guidance
  • Maintain integrations with platforms such as NetSuite and ServiceNow

Custom Development & Optimization

  • Analyze business workflows to identify improvement areas
  • Build custom dashboards and reports to support business intelligence
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on technical requests
  • Promote development best practices across internal discussions
  • Support ongoing initiatives such as Salesforce CPQ implementation
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of CRM customizations

Required Skills

  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
  • Proficiency in data migration, quality management, and cleansing
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica)
  • Salesforce certifications preferred: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security features and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking
  • Ability to manage projects and timelines independently
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
