About the Role
ClickHouse is hiring a Salesforce Developer with deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to support its go-to-market teams. This role will focus on building scalable automations, managing system integrations, and optimizing CRM processes across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations functions. The position is suited for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and building solutions from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce platform development and configuration
- Build scalable automations using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external platforms via APIs, middleware, or custom code
- Oversee data governance, accuracy, and compliance within CRM systems
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Manage DevOps processes, including testing, deployment, and version control (GitHub, Salesforce DX, CI/CD tools)
- Analyze and improve system performance, scalability, and usability
- Maintain documentation and support cross-functional training
- Handle ongoing system operations, user support, and continuous enhancements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs)
- Proven background in building scalable solutions in fast-paced SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, object models, and security
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms or APIs
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II preferred)
- Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud use cases
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for process automation and emerging technologies, including AI tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GTM tools such as Stripe, Marketo, or data warehouses
- Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft, Tableau, and intelligent process automation platforms
