About the Role

The Salesforce Developer will focus on designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Commerce Cloud. The role includes system integrations and full lifecycle involvement—from requirement gathering to Go-Live and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce components (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce)
  • Implement system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements to support
  • Build and maintain Commerce Cloud solutions, especially B2C
  • Contribute to architecture and implementation planning
  • Present solutions to stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of Salesforce development experience (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with integrations, data modeling, and automations (Flows, Process Builder)
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and structured work approach
  • Fluent in German; English is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant, B2C Commerce Developer)
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B), Headless Commerce, Page Designer
  • Knowledge of NodeJS and modern web technologies
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes (e.g., Azure DevOps)
