About the Role

A growing engineering team is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join and collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and System Architect. The role involves designing and building high-quality Salesforce solutions that effectively meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Work closely with Product Owners, designers, and developers to plan and implement new features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Salesforce implementations
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code standards
  • Develop and maintain system integrations via Azure-based middleware, connecting internal systems (including Salesforce) with external platforms such as banking interfaces, payment providers, and third-party APIs
  • Enhance integration architecture to ensure reliable data flow between systems
  • Contribute to the agile development process with Kanban planning and retrospectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing Salesforce solutions with Apex and LWC
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps processes, Git-based version control, and automated deployment tools
  • Experience working in agile teams using tools like JIRA and Kanban
  • Experience or willingness to learn cloud application development on Microsoft Azure or similar platforms
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with high attention to quality and precision
  • Degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent practical experience
  • German language skills at B2 level and fluent English
