About the Role
The Salesforce Developer joins the IT team and focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. This position works closely with ERP (Q360) and ServiceNow developers, application administrators, and the ecommerce team to strengthen Salesforce capabilities and integrate it with other key systems.
Required Experience & Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development with solid knowledge of its architecture, data structure, and security setup
- Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and platform automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, etc.)
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce DX
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Q360, ServiceNow, and ecommerce tools
- Experience working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ
- Understanding of agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills for advanced Salesforce technical challenges
