About the Role

A passionate, hands-on Salesforce Developer is needed to design, build, and support scalable solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. Strong expertise in Lightning Components and, ideally, experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure user-focused solutions leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality features, emphasizing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to support seamless system functionality.
• Provide admin-level support to the development team and field users.
• Deliver Level 2/3 application support, resolving issues within agreed timelines and service levels.
• Troubleshoot and proactively resolve technical challenges, including performance and platform limitations.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.
• Support platform adoption and assist with change management initiatives.
• Perform Salesforce administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• More than 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven record of successful projects.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning development.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Classic is considered an asset.
• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, design principles, and development best practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Agile and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or FSC Accredited Professional are highly valued.
