About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, contributing to a dynamic team that values growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define application requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and document business solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Maintain and support custom code on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and maintain non-Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, VF, JavaScript, and other technologies.
- Support users in adopting Salesforce and resolving technical challenges.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement projects and handle change requests.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for business applications.
- Participate in evaluating new CRM technologies for potential integration with Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Classic; experience with Salesforce Lightning and Visualforce is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- Ability to document technical designs and communicate effectively with teams.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools is a bonus.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer) are preferred.
