About the Role
The company is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to independently lead the architecture, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions. This senior-level role is ideal for a highly self-directed individual who can own projects end-to-end, transforming business concepts into fully operational systems without relying on a large technical team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions to support the launch of new business verticals.
- Transform business ideas into functional Salesforce systems, from concept through deployment.
- Develop custom objects, flows, integrations, and automations within Salesforce.
- Manage API integrations with platforms such as QuickBooks, Google Workspace, EMR systems, and other operational tools.
- Partner closely with leadership across Finance, Operations, and Sales to capture and implement technical requirements.
- Identify and execute opportunities to streamline processes through Salesforce automation.
- Maintain data integrity, platform security, and ensure compliance standards are met.
- Handle ongoing Salesforce maintenance, updates, and issue resolution.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, API integrations).
- Strong background in system architecture, design thinking, and business process optimization.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications (QuickBooks, Google Workspace, EMRs, etc.).
- Exceptional self-management skills; comfortable working independently without technical oversight.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into system architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare industry projects or startup environments.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and product ownership mindset.
