About the Role

An opportunity is open for a skilled Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing development and refinement of a complex Salesforce environment. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, hands-on development skills, and a background in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems. The position involves close collaboration with teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service. A solid background in FinancialForce (Certinia), Tableau CRM (CRMA), AWS-based integrations, and custom Salesforce configurations is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
  • Maintain and enhance system performance, scalability, and usability
  • Automate processes with Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
  • Support and optimize FinancialForce (Certinia) applications
  • Build and maintain Tableau CRM (CRMA) dashboards and reports
  • Set up and manage integrations between Salesforce and AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway)
  • Participate in technical reviews, resolve performance issues, and apply development best practices
  • Manage external applications from AppExchange, customizing when needed
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation for system architecture and custom code
  • Apply Salesforce security protocols, managing permissions, profiles, and roles

Skills and Background Required

  • 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with solid knowledge of Apex, LWC, and API usage
  • Deep familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FinancialForce (Certinia)
  • Strong Tableau CRM (CRMA) reporting and dashboard building skills
  • Practical experience in integrating Salesforce with AWS components
  • Understanding of core Salesforce architecture, including data structures and access controls
  • Awareness of platform limitations, deployment standards, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, Tableau CRM, or FinancialForce Specialist are valued
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse teams
