About the Role
A growing organization in the UK health sector is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join its expanding team. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, developing solutions through declarative and programmatic approaches, and managing daily administrative tasks within the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Develop customized Salesforce solutions across various clouds.
- Solve complex technical issues and provide expert-level support.
- Implement new Salesforce features and updates into existing projects.
- Configure Salesforce daily using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization.
- Oversee the platform’s operational support and maintenance.
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to gather and translate requirements effectively.
- Experience with programmatic development using Apex and LWC.
- Proficiency in configuration, particularly with Flow.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer 1 certification (preferred).
