About the Role
The Digital & Technology team at the Institute is reshaping the way technology supports the organization’s mission. Building internal systems and tools, the team enables colleagues worldwide to respond swiftly and effectively to complex challenges. As part of this high-energy and delivery-driven team, the Salesforce Developer will contribute to building user-focused digital solutions that enhance speed, efficiency, and impact. This role offers the chance to work within an agile environment, collaborate across disciplines, and help develop an AI-forward organization with meaningful global reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and tailor Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and standard tools
- Collaborate with Senior Developers to execute design solutions
- Partner with Admins to deliver integrated solutions across declarative and programmatic approaches
- Engage in sprint planning and Agile rituals
- Support technical documentation and creation of reusable components
Qualifications & Experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
- At least two additional certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, MC Cloud Admin, Platform App Builder, Slack Admin, or Agentforce
- Combination of administration and development expertise
- Experience working in Agile teams and with Git version control
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
