Job Overview

A Noida-based CMMI-3 certified company is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer for a remote working position. Candidates with relevant experience in Salesforce development and expertise in Lightning Web Components are encouraged to apply. The Salesforce Developer will work on creating web pages using Lightning Web Components (LWC) based on client requirements.

Required Candidate Details

Interested candidates are requested to provide the following information:

  • Relevant experience in Salesforce development.

  • Expected CTC.
  • Notice period.
  • Current location.
  • Reason for seeking a job change.
  • Details of any existing job offers (if applicable).

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role, supported by certifications.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura components.
  • Strong skills in developing and configuring SFDC Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, workflows, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivation to handle tasks related to design and deployment changes.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with XML, JSON, and other data interchange formats.
  • Knowledge of Java, HTML5, JQuery, and other web technologies.
  • Strong coding, debugging, and tuning capabilities.
  • Effective communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the CRM/Telco domain.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
