About the Role
Dataminr is hiring an experienced Salesforce Development Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of its Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical in supporting a fast-paced, high-growth go-to-market organization. You’ll own end-to-end development, custom integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Salesforce solutions align with evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
- Architect scalable, secure technical solutions for complex business needs
- Lead CRM automation, data integrity improvements, and system optimization
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and internal tools via APIs/middleware
- Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and review code
- Monitor and resolve bugs, tech debt, and performance bottlenecks
- Maintain documentation for architecture, workflows, and integrations
Requirements
- 5+ years in Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data modeling
- Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds in SaaS/tech
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
- Self-driven with ability to lead multiple projects independently
- Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
