About the Role
M-Files is expanding in the UK and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support lead generation efforts, qualify inbound prospects, and execute outbound outreach. This role is part of the European SDR team and plays a key part in increasing pipeline growth and supporting marketing-driven initiatives. The position is remote, but candidates located in the South East region are preferred due to occasional travel to team meetings and customer events around Reading and London.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns, events, and webinars
- Partner with regional marketing to execute multi-touch outreach campaigns
- Schedule discovery calls with prospects aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), using SPICED methodology
- Use tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify and engage with decision-makers
- Represent M-Files at selected in-person events, engaging with prospects, customers, and partners
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years in a BDR or SDR role within the tech industry, preferably with outbound focus
- Comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce and tools such as Lusha, Gong, or 6sense
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and position value effectively
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to grow
