About the Role

Join Daikin Applied, a global leader in HVAC solutions, as a Salesforce eCommerce Developer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce B2B Commerce storefronts, ensuring smooth data integration and optimizing performance across systems. Work closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize B2B Commerce storefronts using Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Develop reusable components using LWC and Apex.
  • Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with external systems using middleware/Boome.
  • Manage product catalogs, pricing logic, and orders.
  • Monitor site performance, scalability, and resource usage.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing solutions.
  • Follow Salesforce best practices for scalable and maintainable code.
  • Document system architecture, processes, and troubleshooting solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development and technology.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with B2B Commerce data model and Salesforce setup/configuration.
  • Proficiency in LWC, Apex, and Salesforce administration.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce workflows and external community sites.
  • Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration, permissions, and security settings.
