We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our dynamic digital team.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Functional Analyst within our digital team, you will support our global markets to deliver exceptional B2B customer experiences using Salesforce. You’ll combine deep knowledge of Salesforce clouds and capabilities with strong business acumen to analyze processes and recommend solutions across the platform. You’ll also build trusted relationships with stakeholders, ensuring our technical priorities align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map business processes to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Continuously improve and maintain the Salesforce platform through ongoing enhancements and operational support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into platform capabilities and improvements.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, identifying opportunities to solve business challenges and optimize processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce, ideally in Sales and Service Clouds.
- Salesforce certifications (multiple certifications preferred).
- Experience working in complex environments focused on either process or platform improvements.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage change effectively.
- Strong skills in engaging and managing stakeholders across different teams.
Nice to Have
- Additional Salesforce certifications beyond Administrator level.
- Experience with large-scale, global Salesforce deployments.
- Familiarity with other CRM tools or platforms.
