About the Role
Members 1st is seeking a Salesforce Functional Architect with expertise in Financial Services Cloud to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions for the financial services sector. This role will focus on translating business requirements into effective, scalable solutions that support client onboarding, wealth management, and compliance. The Salesforce Functional Architect will be responsible for creating documentation, supporting system testing, and ensuring smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Develop Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial services industry, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and align platform capabilities with business goals.
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to end-users to ensure successful Salesforce adoption.
- System Testing & Support: Support data migration and system testing, and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve Salesforce workflows to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
- Project Management: Assist in the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, ensuring alignment with financial industry standards and objectives.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Salesforce experience, with expertise in Financial Services Cloud preferred
- Proven experience in designing scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules
- Experience with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, or similar, are preferred
