About the Role
The Salesforce Functional Consultant will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementations aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce functionalities according to best practices.
- Lead and participate in workshops, user story creation, and solution design sessions.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant modules.
- Support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful adoption and value delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Consultant Certification (Sales, Service Cloud, etc.) and Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
