About the Role

The position of Salesforce ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Documentation Specialist offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality technical documentation for Salesforce ISV applications and solutions. This role involves working closely with product managers, developers, quality engineers, and support teams to produce accurate and user-friendly documentation. The responsibilities include creating, managing, and maintaining technical content that ensures users have access to detailed, up-to-date information about the products and their functionalities.

Key Requirements

  • Familiarity with technical documentation platforms such as Confluence, GitHub, or comparable tools is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration principles.
  • Exposure to tools like Salesforce DX, APIs, and integration technologies is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
