About the Role
Wilson Language Training is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Lead Salesforce Administrator to manage, enhance, and optimize the company’s Salesforce platform. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring custom solutions, managing integrations, and driving the automation of business processes. As the Salesforce expert, the Lead Administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide technical staff to implement scalable solutions and maintain system health.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator across multiple business units to optimize system performance.
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, providing ongoing support and training for users.
- Oversee data integrity, migration, and cleansing using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader.
- Manage integrations with external systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) using middleware like Celigo.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain compliance with security best practices, ensuring Salesforce implementations meet regulatory and data governance standards.
- Mentor Salesforce Power Users and analysts, fostering technical excellence and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder, Data Loader, and managing integrations with ERP systems.
- Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, or Celigo.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications.
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
